SCID Panti Jubilates, SFU Mourns

It was a jubilation galore last week at the Lagos State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID) Panti following the removal of Mr. Leye Oyebade as the head of the Unit while Police detectives at the Special Fraud Unit (SFU), were thrown into mourning as the Deputy Commissioner of Police, (DC) Olayinka Balogun, was also tranfered.   More

Two Arrested Over Fake Marriage Certificates

Two persons have been arrested by men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCD) for being in possession of several marriage certificates believed to have been forged. Crime Sit-rep gathered that the men were arrested at the premises of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Marriage Registry along the Rilwanu Road formerly Kingsway Road Ikoyi, Lagos.   More
