The institution said this in a statement issued by its Public Relations Officers (PRO), Mr Olubunmi Ajibade and made available to  our correspondent in Ado-Ekiti on  tuesday.
The statement, however, did not explain the nature of the offences committed by the dismissed officers.
In a separate development, the Governing Council of the University has elevated eight academic staff to the cadres of professors and readers.
Six academic staff became professors and two were elevated  to  readers.
Those elevated to  the position of professors include Dr (Mrs) Esther Aderibigbe of the Department of Microbiology, Dr Kunle Ajayi and Dr Alaba Agagu (Political Science).
Others are Dr (Mrs) Theresa Owuamanam, Dr (Mrs) G.A. Akinleye (Guidance and Counseling) and Dr R.O.Seweje (Curriculum Studies).
The other two academic staff promoted to the position of readers are Dr E.B. Kolawole and Dr M.A .Abiodun.
Meanwhile, the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Dipo Kolawole has urged its staff to continue to work for the development of the institution.
Kolawole said this on Tuesday  during the commissioning of a 138 KVA generator purchased by the Faculty of Science.
He advised the workers to desist from character assassination while jostling for  positions.
''Don't destroy anybody if you are contesting for any position,''  he said.
Earlier, the Dean, Faculty of Science, Prof. Ashaolu expressed appreciation for the resourcefulness of the members, Board of Studies of the Faculty as well as his predecessors.
"With  their cooperation, our Faculty has been able to produce this 138 KVA Generating set.
"If not for the immediate and timely response of our Vice-Chancellor to our request, the installation of the set could have been impossible,"  the Dean stated.
